public class BilateralNoiseFilter : SpatialFilteringOperator

The Bilateral noise filter applies a gaussian-weighted nearest-neighbors algorithm to blend gaussian-smoothed values with the original (noisy) ones based on euclidean and radiometric distances. This filter is used for blurring/smoothing data while attempting to maintain edge-detail and is most effective for gaussian type noise. The kernel size is controlled via the KernelRadius property while the filtering strength is controlled via the NoiseAmplitude property (larger values induce stronger filtering effect).

The default value for KernelRadius is 2 (5x5 kernel). The default value for NoiseAmplitude is 0.05f.
