public class BicubicKernel : ResamplingKernel

The Bicubic kernel is an adjustable cubic spline kernel of the following form:

where "x" is the sampling distance from the kernel center and "a" is the slope control parameter. Larger values of "a" cause greater slope to the kernel, increasing sharpness but also overshoot/undershoot behavior. The default value of "a" is 2/3. When centered on a sampling point the Bicubic-spline kernel exhibits zero-crossings at adjacent sampling points and is therefore a true interpolation.
