public class ArithmeticMeanFilter : SpatialFilteringOperator

The ArithmeticMeanFilter computes the mean of a neighborhood of values, the neighborhood being defined by the KernelRadius. The mean value is then asigned to the center of the kernel. This is a flat filter i.e. all kernel values are equally weighted. This filter is most effective at removing uniform gaussian noise. Default kernel size is 1 (3x3 kernel). Larger kernel radii cause successively greater noise removal (at the expense of blurring features).
