FrequencyDomainUtilities SubtractSpectra Method (FourierSpectrum, FourierSpectrum, FourierSpectrum)Industrial Strength, Scientific Grade
Subtracts (pointwise) one FourierSpectrum object from another.

Namespace: PrecisionImage.FrequencyDomainProcessing
Assembly: PrecisionImage (in PrecisionImage.dll) Version: 2.0.0.0 (2.0.0.0)
Syntax

public void SubtractSpectra(
	FourierSpectrum spectrum1,
	FourierSpectrum spectrum2,
	FourierSpectrum targetSpectrum
)
Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
OnlineSystem ArgumentNullException Thrown when spectrum1, spectrum2 and/or targetSpectrum are null.
OnlineSystem ArgumentException Thrown when the dimensions of the FourierSpectrum arguments are not identical.
Remarks

Use this method to subtract (pointwise) one FourierSpectrum object from another. spectrum2 is subtracted from spectrum1. targetSpectrum specifies where the results are written to. targetSpectrum can be the same object as spectrum1 or spectrum2, in which case the original values are overwritten by the result.
